Description
This jaw dropping 1 3/4ct blue sapphire is set in a 14k yellow gold mounting with an additional 3/4ct of round diamonds. The diamonds are graded Si1 in clarity and GH in color. The blue sapphire is natural. The only negligible treatment to the sapphire is heat. The center stone can be switched to something else upon request.
